Data engineer

Qualification:
Master's Degree in Statistical Analytics, Data Science, or Bachelor's Degree in computer science engineering will be considered with at least three - five years of applicable work experience

Preferred Proficiency:

  • Web development experience (AngularJS, D3).
  • Experience in a statistical programming language like R or Python; applied machine learning techniques including dimensionality reduction strategies, supervised/unsupervised classification and natural language processing frameworks.

  • Experience in at least one data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView) and data warehousing tools (e.g. Informatica) is preferred

Huge Advantage:

  • Building and scaling Machine Learning frameworks
  • Hadoop (Hive, Spark, UDF's)

Definite Plus:

  • Web development experience (AngularJS, D3).

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence or business analytics.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets.
  • 2+ years of experience in scripting languages like Python etc.

Cloud engineer

Qualification:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Proficiency:

  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Chef, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience in setting up AWS/AZURE Infrastructure

Huge Advantage:

  • Good understanding and some hands on experiences with cloud computing platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Scripting experience in one or more of the following languages - Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl

Definite Plus:

  • Experience in application development or system analysis

Experience:

  • 5 – 7 years overall experience
  • 3+ years leveraging Azure and AWS platform services

Lead DevOps consultant

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience. MS degree desired.

Preferred Proficiency:

  • Experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments with many nodes.
  • Familiarity with CloudFormation and JSON.
  • Strong scripting skills, i.e., Powershell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc.
  • Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalling.
  • Familiarity with any monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk, SiteScope, ELK stack etc.

  • Experience with revision control source code repositories (Git, SVN, Mercurial, Perforce).
  • Management of continuous integration servers like Jenkins, Bamboo and TeamCity.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (ie. Selenium, JMeter).
  • Understanding and experience with code deployment (tagging).
  • Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA and REST).

  • Client facing and client management experience

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience performing DevOps consulting and/or filling a DevOps role within an organization

Database Engineer

Qualification:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Proficiency:

  • Strong Scripting experience in BASH,PYTHON, AWS CLI
  • Implement performance tuning on existing databases to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to train database administrators with new tools

  • Experience with Amazon Aurora
  • Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and tuning Tomcat or WebLogic application servers.

Definite Plus:

  • Oracle database (11g/12c) administration supporting design, installation, configuration, development, integration and implementation.
  • Testing of Oracle database services in a complex environment with multiple classification enclaves and integrated with DoD C2 systems utilizing associated information assurance processes/procedures.

Experience:

  • 8+ Years of IT experience
  • At least 3 years experience in Database systems
  • At least 2 years experience in Analytics

DevSecOps Engineer

Qualification:
Master Degree in Computer Science or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

Preferred Proficiency:

  • Design solutions and policies in AWS Cloud Policies
  • Using log monitoring tools such as ELK stack.

Huge Advantage:

  • Proficiency in AWS CLI, BASH and Python
  • Maintaining security in Kubernetes container technology.

Definite Plus:

  • Ability to build tools to check compliance in general purpose languages such as Java/Python/Ruby

Experience:

  • 4+ experience in managing cloud resources in AWS/Azure environment
  • 7+ experience in Devops following infrastructure as code best practices.
  • 2+ experience writing policies implementing security best practices maintaining compliance as Security Engineer

SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS

Design, develop and deploy software applications and solutions. Confer with clients, analyze business requirements, design software architecture framework, develop cloud formation templates, design user interface, write and deploy application codes, perform code reviews, automate cloud deployments, build and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline, modify and improve existing applications, develop scripts. Upgrade and modify existing software. Performance tune, test, troubleshoot problems, track defects, debug, resolve technical issues, provide production support, generate reports, etc.

PROGRAMMER ANALYSTS

Write, analyze, update, rewrite, maintain, and deploy computer programs. Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams and them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language. Perform code reviews, analyze business requirements, perform revision or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency. Perform programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer software. Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. Test programs, debug, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems in running programs, provide end user support, etc.
